WAHF Investiture Ceremony, Oshkosh
Silent Auction

An event created to support the Carl E. Guell Memorial Scholarship, a Silent Auction, was a huge success in both participation and funds raised. Over $2000 was raised in less than an hour.

WAHF Investiture Ceremony
The 2003 Investiture Ceremony included a number of special events in celebration of the Centennial of Flight. A reunion of past inductees, eight were able to attend, included one from 1985 and one from 2002. A silent auction, see article above, was a success as was the enhanced audio/visual portion of the award presentations. The organization's first Annual Report was provided to all attending members. Those members not attending the banquet will receive their copy with the December WAHF Flyer.

The second annual Carl E Guell scholarship was awarded to Maggie Flood, an Aviation Maintenance Technician student at Milwaukee Area Technical College. Read more about Maggie here.

We want to thank all of our past inductees for their continued support of our organization's goals and welcome this year's honorees.
